I use 3 colors to represent my moods. Blue represents negative feelings. Silver represents good feelings. White will represent more neutral emotions, neither good nor bad.
The buttons have meaning too. Coffee represents the first day of the month. Flowers represent a regular day. I also have special buttons for special event days through the year.
