Welcome to my app and business. I feel I should introduce myself and let you know what to expect.

My name is Angela, as I am sure you are aware, and I have 6 years of experience as a virtual assistant and as a freelance writer. I was self employed in that field from 2006 to 2012. I only stopped due to some unforseen circumstances at that time.

Since that time I have added another 2 years of self employment to my roster. I was a small Etsy store owner, selling my knit and crochet goods. I have also spent time as a contractor taking customer service calls.

Overall I have 15+ years in the customer service field.
